It was really good, the packaging was good and I liked that if you turn the pump a certain way only then will it open so no product will leak, the shampoo made my scalp feel overall clean and had a really good biscuit cookie dough kind of smell which I loved but it didn't yet had much difference to the dandruff I have just a little dandruff on the back of my head and I washed really well every single time but still no difference.
