Shipping policy

At NUREL, we aim to deliver your haircare essentials with speed and care. Below are our shipping guidelines and expectations so you know exactly what to expect after placing your order.

📦 Where We Ship:

We currently deliver all over Pakistan using trusted courier service PostEx.

🕒 Delivery Timeframe:

Standard delivery: 3–5 business days (after order confirmation)

Remote/rural areas: May take up to 7 working days

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day Order Confirmation (For COD Orders):

All Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are verified via call or SMS before shipping.

If we are unable to confirm your order after 2 attempts, your order may be cancelled automatically.

📦 Packaging:

All NUREL products are packed in tamper-proof, protective packaging to prevent leakage or damage during transit.

🔄 Undelivered / Returned Orders:

If a parcel is undelivered due to the customer being unavailable or refusing to receive it, we may pause COD access for future orders.

For re-delivery of a returned package, additional charges may apply.

🔎 Tracking:

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp to follow your parcel in real time.

Although we work with reliable couriers, some delays may occur due to:

Weather conditions

Strikes or national holidays

Logistic disruptions in remote areas
